Project Manager

Benefit Software Inc. is looking for a person with benefit experience to work with cutting-edge benefit technology! Benefit Software has the leading technology in benefits and compensation communication services. This position will help many of our clients to increase their employees' job satisfaction, lower turnover, and improve recruiting efforts -- all through better communication of their benefits packages.

If you are the right person for this exciting job, you will work directly with HR and benefits managers as well as employee benefit consultants in the development of employee benefit enrollment and communications services including traditional paper statements.

This full-time position requires excellent written communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Excel (or other spreadsheet programs) and writing basic algebraic formulas. The right person for this opening will have at least two years of experience with benefits, and the ability to understand different companies' handbooks, Summary Plan Descriptions and other documentation. The job will require interviewing skills as well as excellent writing skills. The person who is right for this opening will be able to write easy-to-read summaries of benefits and have excellent attention to detail including editing their own work.
