As a full-time Web Programmer you will develop and implement complex Web applications for the employee
benefit industry.
The programs you create will help our clients operate in a more cost-effective way by replacing manual
recordkeeping systems with state-of-the-art web-based systems. Our Fringe Facts® Online service will
increase employees' job satisfaction, lower turnover, and improve recruiting efforts -- all through better
communication of their benefit packages.
Requirements:
The position requires proficiencies with advanced technologies such as PHP 5, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML,
CSS, XML, AJAX, UNIX, etc. to produce cross-browser, cross-platform, modular and reusable code.
The candidate should be able to work as part of a larger web-development team to develop and maintain
large projects.
Responsibilities include:
» Creation of dynamic web-based system that is user-friendly, efficient, and scalable.
» Use of PHP 5, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, UNIX, etc. to make the product as dynamic and easy to maintain as possible.
» Working with the sales and marketing teams to respond in a timely manner to bugs and feature requests.
» Documentation of code.
Desired Skills/Experience:
» Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
» Background in object-oriented languages, especially PHP.
» Experience using the PEAR classes in PHP.
» Experience using MySQL to extract data from large relational databases.

As a Benefit Communication Project Manager, you'll create custom benefit communication
services for employers that show employees valuable information about their benefit programs. You'll
set-up and maintain Benefit Statements, Online Benefit Communication and Enrollment websites.
These services will show employees detailed information about all of the benefits that are provided to
them through their employer. Most employees don't understand or appreciate the value of their
benefits. That's why employers ask us to provide their employees with information about their benefit
programs that they can view on paper and on the Internet.
If you are the right person for this exciting job, you will work directly with HR and benefits managers
as well as employee benefit consultants in the development of benefit communication services.

The Sales Assistant has primary responsibility for ensuring that customer
needs are met. Responsible for maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the
company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and ensuring that
all customer requirements are completely met.
Normal working hours for this position are from 7:30 to 4:30 with an hour off for lunch.
This position supports the sales team by facilitating outbound renewal calls for clients on the Extended
Service Plan. Responsible for managing incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Route calls to the
appropriate person and record Technical Support calls. Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines. Enter
sales leads and Source Codes into Goldmine database, prepare Sales Kits for mailing, and maintain sales kit

billings the first of each month, and assist with direct mailing campaigns. Create files for new clients.
