At Benefit Software Inc. (BSI), we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience.

You may navigate through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide you with the services you request. This statement of privacy explains the data we collect and use in those situations.

Please read the complete BSI privacy statement. By using this site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collecting Information about You and Your Company
When you request information from us, we will ask you for information that personally identifies you (personal information) which allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register when requesting information about BSI products and/or services. By providing your e-mail address, telephone and/or fax number, you are giving us permission to send you the information you requested. Unless you specifically ask us to stop using your e-mail address, telephone and/or fax number to send you information, you are giving us permission to send additional information on our products and/or services in the future. You may request that we stop sending you e-mail and/or fax messages by calling us at the numbers shown below. If requesting that we no longer send you advertising or other information by e-mail and/or fax, please indicate which method you want us to stop using and include your name, company name, and the e-mail and/or fax number.

We ask for your personal contact information only if you'd like to be contacted by a BSI representative.

Confidentiality and Security of your Personal and Company Information
BSI strictly protects the security of your personal and company information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal and company information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained below. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

BSI will only disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on BSI or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of BSI, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of BSI Web sites, or the public.

Personally identifiable information collected on this site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which BSI or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Permission to use your Personal and Company Information
By providing your e-mail address, telephone and/or fax number, you are giving us permission to send you the information you requested. Unless you specifically ask us to stop using your e-mail address, telephone and/or fax number to send you information, you are giving us your permission to send additional information on our products and/or services in the future.

We use your personal information for these primary purposes:
  1. To help you quickly learn how our products and services can address your specific business issues.

  2. To ensure your requests for more information are acted on promptly and effectively in the manner you choose; and that you don't need to repeat your specific needs and selection criteria to the person who contacts you.
