Management Reports

Fringe Facts® Online provides a report generator that allows you to quickly and easily create your own ad-hoc reports using any employee or other data stored in the system. Reports can include calculated or conditional user-defined fields. Reports can be produced for all employees or you may use filters to select certain employees based on one or more conditions. Filters allow you to select which employees are included in a particular report by comparing values on any of the items of data in the employee or other database. Selections can be based on multiple conditions including dates.

Once you have created your report, you may download it to your own PC and view it using Microsoft® Excel®. Downloaded data can easily be imported into your HRIS or payroll system or sent to your benefit providers in HIPAA compliant formats.

Here are a few examples of the types of reports you can produce with Fringe Facts Online. Please note that this is not a complete list of reports -- these are just examples of the many types of reports available:

Management Reports
Report Title Description
Census List of all employees with name, address, DOB, DOH, SSN, EE No., Dept. No., Annual Comp., Benefit Elections, Dependents Coverage, etc. (May be used by the insurance broker to obtain your cost quotes).
Benefit Costs Detailed listing of any one or all benefit costs. These reports may include pie or bar charts. Reports may be sorted by Benefit Group, Department, Employee Age, Location, Salary, etc.
Billing Verification Listing of premiums for each benefit allows you to compare your costs with those of the insurance carrier. Reports may be sorted by Benefit Group, Department, Employee Age, Location, Salary, etc.
Important Dates Listing of employees showing any one or more of the following: DOB, DOH, Retirement Date, Termination Date, Rehire Date, Dependents DOB, Enrollment Date, Eligibility Date, Last Updated, etc.
Employee Directory Listing of all employees or employees by location code, state, zip code, department, division, supervisor, etc. Each report can be customized to show only the information actually needed.
Changed Data Listing of all employees having changes to one or more data elements within a specific period of time.
Birthday Listing Listing of employees having birthdays in a specific month (or other time period).
Anniversary Listing Listing of employees anniversary of employment (service) in a specific month.
Termination Listing Listing of Terminated Employees.
COBRA Eligibility Listing of Employees or Dependents eligible for COBRA benefits.
Retired Employees Listing of Retired Employees.
Dependent Coverage Listing of employees with dependents showing the coverage options selected for each dependent.
Beneficiaries Listing by employee of their beneficiaries.
Open Enrollment Elections Listing showing one or more of the benefit elections each employee made during open enrollment.
Annual Income Listing of employees by annual income for all employees or only those within a certain range of income.
Benefit Groups Listing of employees by Benefit Groups.
Enrollment Not Complete Listing of all employees who have not completed their enrollment. Report may list only those not enrolling in a specific benefit or those who have enrolled in one benefit but not another.
Audit: Dates Listing of employees with missing or invalid dates of birth, employment, retirement, etc. or employees with transposed date of birth and date of hire.
Audit: SSN Listing of employees with missing or invalid Social Security Numbers.
Audit: Salary Listing of employees with missing salary or salaries below or above a specified dollar amount.
Audit: Ineligible Dependents Listing of employees with dependents who may no longer be eligible for benefits (e.g., over age 18 and not a student or on disability).
Enrollment Confirmation Letters Individual Enrollment Confirmation Letters may be generated for a single employee or for a group of employees based on any selection criteria desired using your web browser and then printing them on a local printer (Microsoft Internet Explorer required).
