Benefits Monitor -- The basic online service is called "Benefits Monitor." This service allows you to set up your clients with a customized Website that contains benefit plan comparisons, Summary Plan Descriptions, links to medical providers, HR forms, employee handbooks, policy manuals, online 401(k) and Flex Spending Account calculators, frequently asked questions, and much more. Optional Services -- Optional services include online benefit enrollment, personalized benefit statements and employee surveys. With the open enrollment service, employees can enroll in their benefits using the Internet from home or at work -- any time they wish during the open enrollment period. The service also includes a Call Center for employees without access to the Internet.  The personalized employee benefit statement service help employees to understand and appreciate all of the benefits their employer provides. When employees see their "hidden paycheck," morale improves, turnover goes down, and profits go up. Employee surveys help employers find out what employees are really thinking about their benefits. Results are tabulated instantly thus saving the employer many hours of time and effort. How does it work? Benefits Monitor: You handle the basic site setup using our online site development tools. Just point and click. Or, if you prefer, BSI can handle all the details for you. We can perform all aspects of the work while you get all the credit. nor are there any exclusive geographical
areas to limit your sales. You may charge your clients whatever you like for the service -- or you may give the service away if you prefer. In any case, we bill you a low monthly fee based on the number of employees in each account. You may also qualify for volume discounts based on the total amount of fees you generate each month for this service. Offering the Benefits Monitor service will
strengthen your client relationships, increase
client control and improve client retention
