We will provide you with a comprehensive proposal by e-mail that you may print and give to your client (a color printer is required) or you may forward it to them by e-mail. Requests for proposals are usually processed the same or next business day.

3: Number of benefit groups (separate groups of employees with benefits based on different eligibility requirements such as age, service, work location, home ZIP Code, compensation, position, title, etc. For example: If management employees are eligible for health insurance on the first day of employment, but all other employees must wait until they have completed two months of service, there are two benefit groups.)?
4: Number of elective benefits (if there are 2 or more carriers for the same benefit, count each carrier as a separate benefit)?
