Payment Method: Monthly accounts will be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. Annual accounts may be paid by check or credit card.

Secure and standard web traffic are measured the same. You don't have to pay a premium to use secure forms.

Additional storage and/or traffic are billed on a monthly cycle.

If the average size of your web pages is 10 kilobytes (5K of text and a 5K graphic), one gigabyte/month corresponds to 100,000 hits.

E-commerce and high traffic sites must get a Business Virtual Host or VIP Virtual Host account (which offer better rate schedules for high traffic sites). No adult sites are permitted.

Additional mailboxes are $1/month.

How do I know if my desired domain name is already in use?

We will do a search for you as part of the Website Design and Setup service.

How long can my domain name be and what characters can I use?

Domain names must be 26 characters or less including the top level domain, such as ".com", at the end. A domain name may be composed of letters, numbers, or the dash, "-", character.

Dedicated Web Servers

Many organizations start out with shared website hosting services and then, as they grow, discover they need to have their own dedicated web server.

With a dedicated web server you have complete freedom to do whatever you want on the web. There are no account restrictions, limits on traffic, or software permissions to contend with. You have total administrative control of the server, so you never have to ask us to allow you to do something.
